1. Scope of Services
Techieon provides engineering-led digital marketing, paid ad campaign management, search engine optimization (SEO/AEO/GEO), custom web development, and applied AI automation services. Specific deliverables, KPIs, and timelines are detailed in master service agreements (MSA) signed per client engagement.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All custom source code, web software builds, custom scripts, and proprietary AI workflows developed specifically for client projects belong 100% to the client upon full payment of agreed deliverables.
3. Ad Spend & Media Payment
Ad spend for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads is billed directly by the respective ad networks to the client's billing profiles, ensuring total transparency.
