1. Scope of Engagements

Techieon provides software-led performance marketing, conversion tracking engineering (Meta CAPI & Google Tag Manager Server Containers), search authority optimization (SEO, AEO, GEO), headless web development, and applied AI automation services. Exact deliverables, SLA milestones, and performance objectives are specified in customized statement of work (SOW) documents.

2. 100% Client Intellectual Property Rights

All custom source code, web software builds, custom scripts, landing page designs, and vector AI workflows engineered specifically for client engagements are 100% owned by the client upon completion of milestones.

3. Direct Ad Spend Transparency

Ad spend across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok is paid directly by the client to the respective ad networks. Techieon manages campaigns via authorized agency partner access, ensuring 100% financial transparency.

4. Anti-Abuse & Bot Submission Policy

Automated web scraping, spam harvesting, and bot blasters against Techieon digital assets or forms are strictly forbidden and blocked via automated cryptographic and heuristic filters.

5. Governing Law & Offices

Agreements are governed under the commercial jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka, India and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) / UAE commercial regulations for Middle East engagements.
